Subscriptions renew automatically to keep your services running without interruption. You can also cancel or change your plan from the customer portal.
Automatic renewals
At the end of each billing period, your subscription renews using your default payment method. You'll receive an invoice for each renewal.
Cancel a subscription
- Go to Products in the customer portal.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel and confirm.
Most subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Change your plan
To upgrade or downgrade, contact your TerraKode administrator or submit a support ticket. We'll apply the change and prorate any difference.
