You can store and manage payment methods securely in the customer portal. We never store card details directly; all payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Add a payment method
- Sign in to the customer portal.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Payment Methods.
- Enter your card or payment details.
- Click Save.
Set a default payment method
Your default payment method is used for automatic invoice payments. To change it, choose a saved method and select Set as default.
Update or remove a method
You can update expiry dates or remove a saved method at any time from the same screen.
