You can check the status of any support ticket without signing in. All you need is your ticket number.
Find your ticket number
Your ticket number was shown on the confirmation screen after you submitted the ticket and was also emailed to you.
Check status online
- Go to Ticket Status.
- Enter your ticket number.
- Click Look up.
What you'll see
The status page shows the current status, priority, original description, and any public comments from the support team.
